how big of tire are you going to run?On a body lift they are really easy to install,the only thing that gets welded is the shift linkage,you cut it in half and add the three inch peice that comes with the kit.On the lift kit the taller the rougher the ride skyjacker makes a 8"lift that is smoother than the rest but it has alot of flex.I have put on a lot of lifts and I like superlift the best...go to your local 4 wheel drive shop ask alot of questions see if any one they know has the same set up that you are lookingfor and see whats up
