I have a 78 Adult Toy dodge 150 powerwagon with the new process 203 fulltime transfercase, 727 auto, 35" BFG M/T on magnesium 5 bolt rims.

When shifting into 4H-loc I backed out and realized the truck wouldn't go forward more than 3 inches, I was able to get the truck back into drive. Will drive forward for about 10 feet at high high rpm. Tranny seems fine. Goes into reverse gear no problem. I shifter through all the transfer case settings and still no usable forward drive.

Is this a shift pin/fork problem, costs?
The transfer case always shifted on the hard side before ,but would go through all the gears with effort. Seems less effortless now. Where is the best place to get transfer case parts, NAPA auto?

Anyone use the Milemarker NP203 shaft kit
2wd/4wd conversion? or comprable kit.
If I am looking at a complete rebuild I may want to get rid of the transfer case chain and go to a 2wd/4wd kit. I checked the chain and it was still in one piece.
Anyone use a NP203? Recommendations? Your past 203 problems?
