From what I can tell from the picture, This truck is running the Goodyear 36" Military OZ
Bias ply tire that the Humvees use. I recognized them because I have a few myself. I imagine that all he's got is a four inch lift because if you look close, the front fender wells look like they have been slightly trimmed. You could use any number of Commercial brand suspension lift kits for Civilain Dodge trucks for years `69-`93. Sorry, I don't know who owns this truck, just found the picture on someone's web site. I will have pictures of my own M880 coming soon.
