We traveled approx.1/2 mi. round trip in which I had to brake approx.6 times not once getting used to those brakes which wanted to seemingly lockup at the slightest touch. Without a winch or bed it was on the light side but I believe with some more use the shoes will wear in for a smoother stop. The brake booster multiplied the effect.
I will say that the dual mastercylinder is mounted to a different looking bracket than my single one and is facing the rear. The pedal looks to be in the same position but the bracket looks different without a spot to mount the single mastercylinder facing forward ? I had always thought the linkage could be reversed to push rearward to mount a dual mastercylinder, I'll have to check it out further. Anyway, the brakes worrked so well they were scary ,as in stomping the pedal at 55mph might send you and the cab flying! WOOOOOOOOO MULE
