Need rebuild kits and parts rebuilt

does anyone know where and for how much can I get rebuild kits for a NP420 (with cluch kit) and transfer case rebuild kit.
also does anyone know of a shop in or around wisconsin that would rebuild these parts and how much can I expect to pay

Im in the prosess of putting my 67 WM300 together and I know the tranny needs a clutch and the transfer case is in need of repair
