George Wellman Speedo Adapters for 4.89s

I have a 53 M37 that has been converted from the original 5.83 gears to 4.89s. With my Detroit Diesel 353 conversion I top out at 63-65 MPH. I know this only by having my wife follow me in another vehicle to verify. I just put in a new VDO speedometer but it is reading about 47 MPH on the same stretch of road, so I know it's reading incorrectly. I was told George wellman can manufacture adapter that fits between the cable and the transfer case which will allow the speedo to indicate the correct speed. Can anyone tell me how I can reach Mr. Wellman.
