Great! Which model MF is it? Can you tell if the motor is a 4.236? There should be a serial # on the side of the block. A 4.236 is enough motor for the truck. You will need an automotive type aluminum oilpan with a rear sump if it has a gigantic cast iron full length pan. Alternatively, as long is it isn't cast iron, a welding shop could modify it to a rear sump version, making sure it clears the diff on its' right.
It probably has a different governor and maybe even pump, a visit to a fuel injection shop will tell you if it's compatible with an automotive application. It may be governed at 1800 or 2000 or 2200 rpm. It should be turned up to 2800. Most importantly you'll need a flywheel and bellhousing/flywheel housing compatible with some kind of transmission you want to use. The best choice would be an SAE #3 and therefore a Spicer 3053A from a multifuel M35A1 or A2 2.5 ton. It's an overdrive 5spd and they are easy to find and pretty cheap.
Even without a turbo, if set up for 2800 rpm a 4.236 should take you to 70-75 mph with 36" tires, 4.89s and the 5spd. Definitely front disk brakes!!! The smaller diffs give me some concern. A 4.236 has a 5" stroke and emits a lot of vibration. Motor mounts will need to be STRONG and optimally include a large but soft rubber isolator. 3 point is much better than 4.
