It sounds like a standard trailer except for the marble reflectors. those reflectors were only fitted as original equipment '39 to early '41, so I have them on my TD 20 and VC 3, and you would find them on a T207 Dodge but not a T211 or T215 (unless they had been mounted later.
Lots of people made the standard one ton cargo trailer from '41 on, but if yours is early enough to have those refelctors as original equipment it will be an early one.
Early ones in both 3/4 and one ton ratings were built by Laverne, and the '39 one ton had a front landing leg (not a jockey wheel) which was pretty much like a big jeep trailer leg.
