I'd say don't go the bedliner route. If you did the inside, the floor pans will rust from underneath regardless.
Not knowing the condition of the body, but it looks like in really good shape - it will start rusting at some point. If you intend to keep it for many, many years - you will be repairing rust at some point.
Bed liner and metal repair does not seem like very much fun. Undercoating is bad enough, I can't imagine bed liner...
