the Tcase has no neutral. but if you put the shifter inbetween hi and lo it will be in neutral but it does not have the detente ball on the shift rail to hold it there. with no lokcing hubs driveline spins all the time but no power is being transmitted to the front driveline from the Tcase. if you jack up the front end (jack up one side), and put both lever forward (2 hi), spin the tire and it shoudl spin the front axle and driveline freely. reach in and pull back the firstr lever to engage front axle then try to spin front tire and it should not spin the driveline because in is engaged. the Tcase is very simple gear drive system so basically no mysteries like some later stuff.
