No, you do not need a proportion control valve. Your new dual chamber Master Cylinder must either have a built in 10 pound residual pressure check valve or you will need to add them for the front and rear brakes. I do not have a part number for a Master Cylinder with residual pressure valve. Go to the first page of the forum, click on Links. Scroll down to Ken and Linda's Power Wagon Restoration page.
Look for the dual chamber conversion they did. Its very nice. Then you can email Ken and get a Master Cylinder part number.
