as i posted a while back i went to 2 car shows this year the Wendell ID Dairy Days car
show where I was one of 3 judges and did give
Janie's PW a best 4x4 award (see phil's archives #362)
and then took 83907367 (my Western Line 48) to the Joe Mama's show in Jerome, ID
had a great time as I let a lot of little kids climb in the truck and play PW Driver
as their parents & grand parents took pictures also let them sit on the fenders
probably the most photographed rig at the show. Yes the lawn chair exibitors with their "DO NOT TOUCH" signs could not believe
that i would do such a thing but hey the kids
and their families had a lot of fun. Only had to wipe the sticky ice cream residue off
perhaps we need a PW car show award of some
type. Most kids in a PW cab (like the old phone booth & VW times)
