I bought on too. I haven't used it for body work yet, but have made several sheet metal projects, including a cyclonic dust collector used with the sand blaster cabinet, plus a sand blast cabinet extension.

And I made some 18" tongs for it, out of 3/4" copper rod. They do use up some power, they get warm, even all that copper. My major plan was to use it for building my gas tanks, but haven't pursued that endeavor lately.

I did buy a 'timer relay' or 'delay relay' and hooked it to a magnetic starter, so now I can adjust how long it welds for. You want enough, but not so much to burn a hole instead of welding. Practice on scrap. Lots.
