I got lucky as A buddy was in on a hospital teardown. I got a load of stainless pipe and ran it in my walls. Slope it down so if you get any water condensation it'll drain out. Most put down drip outlets on them.
I have 3 outlets on each long side wall. and put up half sheets of thin stainless for proctetion and easy clean up. I run swivels on them. that said, I tend to use the recoil reel most. Mounted some electric cord reels there as well.
One thing I'd HIGHLY recommend is an air outlet on the OUTSIDE of the building. Great for blowing off the mower and air up vehicles outside without having to keep the doors open
