Paul, I have firefox on Vista, and I keep denying the upgrades when it tells me there is updates available. Mine goes right back to where I was on the page. BUT, what mine doesnt do anymore:
The posts are all in blue, when I would read a post it would turn to another color, to show I read it. Handy on multiple response posts, so I know which ones I read. But it doesnt do that any more, they all stay blue.
I was always told firefox was better, but Im begining to wonder. It has tried downloading a patch for some time and it keeps failing. I cant wait to go to a MAC!!
