Maybe I saw you flying over Monday. I saw some light plane but figured it was the Forest Circus on fire patrol or Randy Close out to see the scenery. Nope, no airport on Slate Creek, but people still talk about the time Harry Votellini landed in the grocery store parking lot in Wallace. Smelterville's our nearest real airport. I even saw a jet there last year.
