i have a pertronix 1569 in my ww2 3/4 ton dodge 12v dist. you need to match the dist part number to get the right kit. i have had good luck with them. as far as a drop in pertronix replacement distributor for a 230, there is none that i am aware of. you can modify a slant 6 dist and then use the mopar electronic kit or put a pertronix in it. mannyc
