A lot of these trailers didn't have an "M" series designation and many just had numbers from the manufacturer. I would be concerned about using this on the highway since the tires are probably not rated for highway use. I have towed a similar trailer that had 900x16 rims and tires. That trailer sat higher and was intended for highway use. It was all aluminum and mostly used by the Marine Corps. It towed well but tended to bounce a lot when hitting bumps. A pain to back up with the front wheels as a steer axle.
