Find an 89-93 first Gen Dodge 250 or 350 & use all the mounting from that truck. Come to think of it...use the transmission, transfer case & all the crossmembers..they'll virtually bolt right into a W200! :)
Seriously, the cheapest way to do this conversion is to buy a first gen 2WD truck & sell off the engine & body. That should make everything you need for your conversion free & the only part of the conversion that even needs any real thinking is if you opt to intercool it. mounting an intercooler nicely takes some fabrication but you've got tons of room under that hood so it's worth the effort.
Look for an inline pump 4BT...way way better engine to begin with & it'll give you lots more power than you need without crazy modifications & smoke. They're a little tougher to find but well worth the extra dollars.
Thats my advice! :)
