I can not speak to interchangeable mounts between B3.9 & B5.9. Keep in mind on a B3.9, you have the option to use the front boss'es or the mid ship bosses to mount the engine.

Usually engines come with engine side mounts you then need to fab a frame side mount to accept the engine side mount. I use 1st gen Dodge Diesel Vibration isolators, they do a nice job. Even if you need to fab the engine side mount, its very straight forward. I have pictures on my image event. Probably the M37 build will have the best pictures to answer your question.
