What is your compression like in all cylinders? You could have a blown head gasket which is letting water into a cylinder and into the oil. Is there a lot of white exhaust which may mean water there also.
You might run it for a bit then change the oil again and then run and change the oil again. There might be residual oil with water left from the first oil change. THe water could also be from condensation in the oil pan if it was sitting a lot.
