Not that I was in a rush to get home!!!

Sunday Morning-Lee Mass Rally:

Realizing that My F350 tow vehicle is having an issue, I was willing to become a foster child of the Frasier's or drive my 53 Power Wagon home to NJ. Difficult decision since the Frasier Family is very inviting and helpful.

After packing the sleeping gear and sending my Son and Andrie back to NYC with "4 Door Jeepster Dan", Dave F, Bob C, Tim H, Ken See, and I took a quick look at the shifter ball and decided the trans problem was more involved.

Decision time!! Leave the Ford and take the road trip in the Power Wagon which got a lot of exercise on the trails,(first time since 2006).

What a great way to see the back roads of Mass/Conn/NY. Notice I left out NJ.

With my Co-pilot Victor, we meet plenty of truck enthusiast along the way at gas stations, intersections, covered bridges(photo pending), Bear Mountain lookout, thumbs ups on the mountain roads running a long side the streams.

We enjoyed the scenery at an bygone era's pace with not a care in the world atmosphere as the gears sang and the Power Wagon rumbled down the road.

Started out at 4PM with lots of sun and arrived in NJ at 9PM after 154 miles and a few downpours later. As we were nearing our destination, I felt proud that the Old Girl got us home and sadden that the trip/weekend came to an end.

Another precious weekend filled with warm friends, family, and lifelong memories.

To the Frasier family, Thank you for opening up your home to all.
To Joe Cimoch, Thank you for the best place on the internet that brings people together.
