You might be better off sending the carb out for a professional rebuild. We you star mixing parts, you may not get the performance you expect. With the square top piston (vacum operated, not the piston/rod) if all passages are not cleared and materials are not the correct size, You're going to have a carb that does not function well. Most auto part stores can send out, it's not cheap, but you may be more satisfied in the long run.
