If a hauler was dropping off a load at the town where the motorhome is located & had another load waiting to pick up at your town, it would be conceivible that you could get it brought to you for $2/mile or $1200. But the world aint that perfect. Plus your load is of large enough size that most cant carry it.

I recently had a 1975 Dodge W600 (over 10,000lb, very wide/long/tall) brought from the Colorado Rockies to here (760+ miles) for $1800. It was a good deal, a fellow member here had the proper sized gooseneck & truck, plus he had previous experience hauling similar trucks. It was out of his way to go get the truck, but I think while he was down here he made had gotten another load to take elsewhere.

My truck run though. Your motorhome doesn't. Yes that makes a slight difference.

Don't be surpised if it costs over 2 grand to get it to you, heck maybe even 3. I'm not a pro, but I felt I got lucky to get what I got & goodness knows I searched quite a while
