First. Again, my thanks to Joe. Without this site I'd have gone mad long ago. OK, old new business. My old accel. pump piston (E7S1) is not quite there yet. (Been soaking in OLD Neatsfoot oil.) I measured the old (longer) and one I found in my parts bin (shorter) and the length difference where it counts is 0.088". Whaddaya think? Now, some new business. Using the Carter Carb rivet/plug removal tool I have managed to shear a plug flush to the surface. I also have a brass screw-in plug that refuses to budge. Ideas? Thanks again.
