Well, We got the jeep lined up and started the first pull with the winch at about 9 this morning and I tightened the boomers to snug it down on the trailer at about 3:30.
I think horizontally it was only about 30 feet but sloped it took enough of my 75' winch line to get me down to the bottom wrap on the drum so about 70' give or take. Got it winched all the way to the top before I ran the winch controller over inadvertantly and spooled in an already spooled Warn 9.5xp wo cause a rather interesting sound. I took it all apart and can't find a darn thing broke. Best guess is that somewayeranother the brake assy slid down inside the bore of the drum and allowed the thing to disengage.
Long story short. The Panel is in its new resting spot at my buddys place waiting for me to build the new house and shop so I can get started on it....after my Carryall anyways.
