They specialize in welder circuit board repair. Very reasonable from what I hear on the net. Like, $40 repair for what Miller wanted to charge $700 for a new board.
Still, I'd look closely at all the components to see if you can spot the one that let the smoke out.
Also check the relay for output? It may have burnt contacts, simple fix then.
