i did a quick search on rock auto for a dodge van with a 225 six, which i believe to be what you have in your van / trolley.

they list several units with prices less than 50 bucks for a replacement. for that price, it might be worth considering to get the trolley back up and making people happy. see the link.

i chose 1985 as a year as i know the slant was used up to and a little beyond that point. regards, mannyc
