The Baldwin JC 405 sock filter fits the JC type filter cartridge. The lid of the filter canister is usually marked with the filter type . The NAPA may be a WIX filter. Some of them dont fit a JC canister. WIX was supposed to re-size their filter . I dont know if they did that. If they did re size. You may have a old one . Also who knows if they called back the old stock in the parts warehouses if they did re size them.
