If this truck has been sitting a long time and the brakes need to be filled and bled, they don't work. Be prepared to spend the better part of a thousand dollars and a lot of work to get the brakes and running gear (bearings, bushing, seals, etc.) into good shape. And, a thousand dollars more for tires.
My advice: Look for one that actually runs and drives with an original bed. You should be able to get one for about what you would pay for this one plus all you would pay to get it into running condition. You will be way ahead and will have a truck you can enjoy while working on it.
Get someone who actually knows about Power Wagons to look at it before you buy it.
