No, the one you see there is spot welded to the bottom of the dash. You should be able to make one very easily it is just a metal angle tab with hole in front so the rod goes thru and the teeth catch on the bottom, then for the spring that holds the rod down, Just get you a piece of metal pallet banding and make the spring also, Fleabag!!
