you would some how have to a separte line that could be switched on and off, maybe more trouble than it is worth
the positively charged cadmium screen in the gasket was to charge the mist to keep it off the walls and on into the combustion chamber staving off evaporation to some degree, the screen also supposedly misted the fuel mix even more. How well it really worked is anybodys guess. She said she got 25 more fuel economy.
