That corner wasn't bolted down becasue the front driver's bumper and frame extension were bent lifting that corner clear of the frame by an inch or so. I figured the bolt had snapped when they did whatever it was that bent the front bumper assembly, it didn't look too short or anything, but that's been a few years ago now.
