Eric, you know this, but when the TWPW came with a winch they got the the 1750lb rear, 1550 front springs which effectively made them 3/4 ton while designated 1/2 ton. I put 200 nameplates on mine just for the heck. Eric's (now Ron's) TWPW and mine are sister trucks and identical with the same special equipment tags and sequential vin numbers, both from CO. I almost bought it!

I made a chart with all the standard and optional springs and bed info. I'll have to post it on my keep and share site one of these days. See below

A friend in Boulder has a 66 TWPW with the 3500lb. Big knuckle Dana 44. It also has the ultra rare overflow tank ala FFPWs and the fan shroud. I think those last TWPWs got the Big knuckle Dana 44s because that's what they had available at the time. Same axle as used on the W200 Crew Cabs.
