Axrle choices

I have an opportunity to pick up a matching set of axles from a 1990 Dodge CTD. They are 3:55 ratio, D70/60. I am currently running 4:10's D60/44. The truck is a 1961 TWPW with the 4BT/NV4500/NP205. Currently getting between 22-26 mpg. Most of my driving is highway with minimal off roading. I do tow occasionally. My question is ,will I see a noticeable increase in mpg with this swap? Tires are 245/75/16' may go up to a 265 next set of tires.
