Hi Tom,
We drove up to Livingston yesterday, went right past Army Surplus Warehouse. Man did I want to stop, but was soundly outvoted. It was around 5:30 so they were probably closed anyway.
Good luck with the spuds, Vermont has also had the wettest spring on record, planting is still very delayed, and we also have a pretty short growing season.
