It's most likely not from Ugg's email account.
Viruses that send out spam, try to replicate, or send out phishing links often use an email in the address book as the sender. In other words, it's not Ugg's, but rather someone with Ugg's email address still in their email address book. It uses a random email address from the address book to fill in the "from" portion, which makes it hard to track down who really has the virus.
The same virus will likely be using other email addresses in their address book as a fake return address, and assuming it's someone with a lot of Power Wagon friends in their email address book you'll probably see more from different people.
