thanks everyone for the help. since i have modified my command car to retain the European yellow headlights with a parking circuit, and have added turn signals, my wiring is not standard. i found a vw part that allows the use of 6v wiper or other accessories online. it is small and weather resistant. i will mount it inside the engine compartment and wire it into the blackout circuit. ill post pics.
