Main cap bolts 85 ft.lbs, rod cap bolts 45 ft.lbs, head bolts 70 ft.lbs. A bad fuel pump could cause oil dilution, but if it's so bad that there's no oil pressure then it may require a complete teardown to inspect for damage. There are 4 galley plugs in a big block: two in the back of the engine above the rear cam plug and two behind the timing cover. One of those plugs faces straight out behind the timing sprocket and the second is below the cam at an angle pointing towards the crank snout. All four plugs are 3/8" NPT. The relief valve and spring can be accessed by removing the pipe plug at the back of the oil pump cover. Make sure the valve works freely and is not stuck. Also, there are two different springs used. A red spring is the stock spring for 40-45psi, while the black spring is the high pressure spring for 75-85psi. Another possible culprit for oil dilution depends on what carb is on this particular engine. If it is a Holley, remove the carb and see if the power valve is blown out from a backfire. If it is, the carb will dump fuel and cause an extreme rich condition that in some cases has caused oil dilution and cylinder wash...
