you cant disassemble the nose without removing it from the truck, pulling the radiator out then the top of nose can be removed. all unnecesaary to do water pump. if you cant get the botls out in place then disconnect the 2 rods that connect to the fire wall, loosen the nuts at the bottom of the radiator, remove the botls that hold the fender brackets to the core support, ant tilt the whole nose forward and that will give you room enough. or do like the others said and remove the whole front clip, takes about 20 minutes.
