I really do appreciate it
Today was kinda rough, started out east
of St. Louis and had to drive thru Joplin
First time thru since the tornado
Very sad drving thru all that
Thinking about all the lost lives
This weekend, we attended the parade
and watched the soldiers marching
Thought about all the lives lost
in defending our freedoms
Including freedom of speech
At the end of the day,
for me there is only one opinion
I really value ...
To that person, I am strong and
smart and a good swimmer and don't
have that much gray hair and am
not too fat .....
I tell her in a few years,
she will not want to have much to
do with me
She can't imagine that day coming (ha)
Here she is having a blast
on an Allis tractor headed to California
Happy Fathers Day (early)
to all you Dads out there!
