child support amounts usually do not cover
the actual costs of raising a child (children) and later a college fund
the guy agreed to the payments in the divorce
so why is he not paying ?
he spends money on his toys rather than paying what he owes?
let the kids eat rice & beans (which are ok
but just not every night)
well thats why the looser is divorced
