Restoration Specialties has the proper setting tape in 4 thicknesses. Get the size you need and put a light coat on oil on the edge of the glass and push the glass into the lower frame, them put the upper on next. Set the tape in the lower frame first, and after the glass is set, put the tape over the glass, coat with oil, and push the upper frame on the glass. Make sure it goes down even. No need to beat the glass or frame. It will slide on with pressure. And have someone help you. Oil is the key. You will not need any sealer. The oil/tape combo gets tackie and makes the seal.
