Vul-Kem? Vulchem? from the home improvement store.

What I've done in use just some small pieces of the rubber strip, asemble thae glas and frame, then a small bead of the urethane on each side. I don't think you want to fill the groove then stuff the glass in, you will never get it apart again.

But first I drill through the lowest points fo the frame to drain out any moisture. My theory is that you can't keep water out, only in. So leave a hole to let it find it's own way out.

Parts stores sell a 3M product, urethane windshield goo, $14 for a tube. Cheaper stuff at the auto paint store. Or the home improvement stuff is cheapest.

Next truck, I'll invest in a powered caulking gun. My hands get tired and shakey. I must be the worst caulker in the world. Why, they look more like pigeon droppings than my welds do!
