T-36 Iron Fireman Califonia help needed

Well thanks to Joe ( again) for getting me back in here - time to ask a question.

Just had this little item delivered. Possibly the only T-36 Iron Fireman Snow Tractor still in existence - unless anyone here knows to the contrary ?

These came fitted with Dodge T214 engine and transmission - the T214 in this one dates from June /July 1944 from the casting dates. It spent a lot of its life in California, and I have a couple of pics of it taken in 2004 with a previous owner next to another Dodge, which I will post on linked messages.

Anyone recognise this thing? Anyone know the previous owner? It looks like someone started to restore it and gave up. No big deal, but one of the removed parts was the dashboard with the serial plate, so if there was any chance of finding previous owners....
