It's an M37 seat. Not sure how it will work in your truck since I don't know what you mean by "47 canopy". I assume it's a civilian truck. Your seat needs the seat springs, back cushion, and the box that it sits on. Look at an M37 and you'll see how it goes. On the truck, it tilts forward so you can store stuff in the box under the seat. The passenger seat on an M37 is usually a bench type deal with no springs, just a cushion, that can hold two skinny guys in a pinch. I think the M43 (ambulance) has a passenger seat that the same style as the driver's seat. Either way, the batteries go in a box under the passenger seat.
