It's time for a proper rebuild.
While the stamps seems to indicate the correct piston to bore, the slop does not.
Wrong or broken rings?
The piston to cylinder difference, with new, modern replacement pistons, should not be more than .005.
Modern engines use .001 if you can believe that, that is why they all use synthetics for lubrication.
