I have finally located a feller that says WC 3/4 ton brake shoes work ok on Civilian PW. Anyone know for sure?

He bought out the stock from the European company that was supplying the brake parts for the Danish and other country's WM300's and M-37's. They are no longer manufacturing.

He is now pretty much out of stock also. I did get a set of front shoes with the understanding I could send them back if they did not fit.

Now the potential good news is that someone is preparing to start making them and will market though him. He has asked that I not tell anyone till he is sure he can get them then he will let us know and we can spread the word.

I was also told that once you put a wheel cylinder on, install new shoes, and turn the drums you have to use a flat feeler gage and set some tolerance from behind the wheel. Does anyone know what those tolerances are and where he was talking about?
