each end of a driveshaft has to have the same angle (either+ or -but same degrees). usually the motor sits lower in the back and sometimes off center(to suit style of vehicle).Its a real balancing act- move tranny up and you'll have to twist rear axle too.
Oh- if your truck is eating u-joints you might need to check these angles,shim tranny?? add caster wedges to spring platforms??
Or maybe the slip joint is clocked wrong-both ends of each section should be paralell. compare to the non-slipjoint section.But you can twist a drive shaft.check the parralellism when you change u-joints-use 2 rods thru holes, sight from ends.
