WM 300 box installation question?

I may be getting a box without a rear tailgate for my WM300. The support cross members and mounting parts are supposed to be there. Can someone tell me how many cross members and what other mounting hardware are needed?

There is no floor or wood mounting strips. I am sure I will need some advice on getting replacements and installation.

Any suggested sequential steps to this mounting process? I have Joe's super photo album of close ups.

Also the rear part under the tail gate that holds both sides together is rusted too bad to use. Does anyone out there have one that would work. Please contact me ASAP at (256) 520-4000....Thanks Alabama Al
